If you receive a damaged item or there is an error, please contact us through email by emailing clear pictures of the damaged or item containing a production error at heather@temptationsyoulove.com within [14 business days] of receiving the product. TemptationsYouLove reserves the right to issue returns or refunds at their discretion. Product must be returned in original packaging. Product must not be used or damaged. Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase and a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase must be provided by the customer in the return box or package or shipment for inspection. TemptationsYouLove does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, TemptationsYouLove does not take title to the refunded item.
